About Us

IBANGS, the International Behavioural and Neural Genetics Society, was founded in 1996 and promotes research and learning in the field of behavioral and neural genetics. IBANGS is an established society with several hundred members worldwide. The membership is diverse, and includes established scientists, postdoctoral fellows, students, and individuals with a keen interest in behavioural neurogenetics. We welcome new members. IBANGS is a founding member of the Federation of European Neuroscience Societies.
