Genes, Brain & Behavior 15th Annual Meeting Information
The 15th Annual Meeting will take place May 20-24, 2013 in Leuven, Belgium at KU Leuven and Faculty Club, Groot Begijnof.

Poster Session Information:
Poster Session Date and Time: Tuesday, May 21, 16.30– 18.30
Note the following information for the preparation of your poster:
o Please prepare your poster to fit the dimensions below, it is recommended that poster be prepared on one sheet of cardboard.
o The dimensions of the poster should not exceed 180 cm wide x 100 cm high (example is included > we talk about landscape format)
o Allocate the top of the poster for the title and authors as stated on the submitted abstract.
o The text, illustrations, etc should be bold enough to be read from a distance of two meters (six feet).
o Double sided tape and technical equipment will be available for the mounting of posters. Staff will also be available to assist
o Please refer to the Final Program book that you will receive upon arrival at the Conference for the poster board number assigned to you.
o Please use the board with the same number
o Should you wish, A4 envelopes are available to place reprints of your poster or relevant material. These are available upon request from on-site staff.
Poster Set-Up and Tear-down
Set Up Tuesday, May 21 12:00-15:00
Tear Down Tuesday, May 21 19:00-20:00 or Wednesday, May 22 before 10:00 (am)
Any poster remaining will be discarded. The local organizers will not be responsible for the loss of any materials due to not retrieving your posters by the specified times.

- By plane
Brussels Airport
the direct rail link gets you to Leuven in only 15 minutes
Brussels South Charleroi Airport
the airport shuttle bus to Leuven takes one hour
- By car/taxi
From Brussels, it is only a 30 minute drive to Leuven
- By train
The airport train station is located below the terminal (basement level-1). Trains run twice an hour from Brussels Airport to Leuven.
Registration fee reimbursement: Registration fees (minus a $65 non-refundable portion) may be reimbursed until April 15, 2013.
After this date fees will not be reimbursed.
